My intention as a teacher is to share Yoga and Meditation with the world. I want to help people see the light that Yoga and Meditation can bring to their lives through mindful breath and self appreciation which, when combined, emphasize the importance of staying present in each moment.

Yoga has been apart of my life for over 20 years. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in 2012, and am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor.

 I believe Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the  spirit. I teach powerful, playful and heartfelt classes. My own personal practice of Yoga and Meditation has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. It also inspires me to live each moment of my life more mindfully. I’m also a member of the Yoga Warriors International, an organization that utilizes Yoga practices to help soldiers with PTSD and a mind body connection.

I am currently continuing the next 300 hours of teacher training with ShambhavAnanda Yoga.
