Michelle Stoll

I’ve always been physically active and have been teaching different kinds of fitness classes for about 17 years. I went to my first yoga class just out of curiosity. It turned out to be so much more than I expected. Through yoga I am learning to let go of things I “thought” I had control of, accepting myself just how I am at the moment and enjoying the journey. I love to give others the space to have their own journey, whatever that might be. In 2010 my first training was in restorative yoga. I enjoy giving students the opportunity to practice slowing down and relaxing. In 2015 I went to Shoshoni, a Shambhava Yoga Ashram and had an amazing 3 week long experience getting my 200 hr yoga certification.
